Right in the heart of Chapel street, this cafe and bar functions as both a Mexican brunch spot and a place for a relaxing afternoon drink.
Every day from 4-6pm Yellow Bird Cafe offers $3 tacos, $5 wine, $7 pints, and $15 jugs.
The chicken and fish tacos to not disappoint, and if I can use $3 to buy an awesome taco rather than a pack of tim tams, I consider that a win.
This place also always has great music, with a relaxed, casual atmosphere. The walls are plastered in posters and stickers and the bar is even decked out with flowers year-round, giving it a retro feel.
They also offer All Day Breakfast which includes their insane Breakfast Burrito. So if you're a brunch fanatic with a love for Mexican cuisine, this will be heaven.
